Three ways to reach us: WhatsApp, “help” to your WhatsApp assistant, or e-mail. A person answers.
On WhatsApp
- In More, tap Settings, and scroll down to Help.
- Tap Contact support on WhatsApp: your message is ready.
- Send it: Zeinab gets your request with your number, and replies to you in that same chat.

- Already chatting with your WhatsApp assistant? Just write help.
